LWF-500-5G LWF-100-G Technical Data: SURFACE PREPARATION: Thoroughly vacuum the floor before application. Be sure all cracks are free of dust. MIXING: Always use the fine edger dust (100 grit or finer). After initial sanding, mix Precision Liquid Wood Filler and the fine dust. Keep adding Precision Liquid Wood Filler until the mixture becomes trowelable (stir until blended). "Finer edger dust gives more accurate color. Adjust mixture for trowel or spot filling." PRIOR TO APPLICATION: Open all windows and doors. Prevent build-up of vapors. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. DO NOT smoke. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights and turn off stove, heaters, electric motors, and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. To avoid breathing vapors or spray mist, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Wear NIOSH/MSHA respirator. Vapors may spread long distances. Vapors ignite explosively. APPLICATION: Apply between machine sandings. Pour a workable puddle of filler on the floor. Apply Precision Liquid Wood Filler and sawdust mixture across the floor using a smooth trowel or broad knife. Use a putty knife if spot filling butt end joints only. Apply sufficient pressure to force material into the cracks. Leave no excess filler on the surface of the wood. Used mixture will redissolve when returned to container. Large cracks and holes may need an additional application. DRYING TIME: Allow 20 to 30 minutes with ventilation. CLEAN UP: Use lacquer thinner for clean up. IMPORTANT TIPS: PACKAGING: TECHNICAL DATA
